2.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account or use any service on 1xbeat. Age is verified during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and any underage account will be closed immediately with all funds returned where legally permissible.
2.2 You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing 1xbeat is lawful in your jurisdiction. 1xbeat makes no representation that its services are appropriate, available, or lawful in all locations. Pakistani users must satisfy themselves that their participation complies with applicable local laws before registering or depositing.
2.3 The following persons are not eligible to hold a 1xbeat account:
3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 1xbeat. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance associated with duplicate registrations may be forfeited at 1xbeat's discretion.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full name, Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.3 KYC verification is mandatory prior to first withdrawal and may be required at deposit stage. KYC documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a recent selfie. 1xbeat may request additional documentation at any time to comply with its anti-money laundering obligations.
3.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify 1xbeat support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 1xbeat is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.1 All transactions on 1xbeat are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1xbeat accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Accepted methods may be updated at 1xbeat's discretion without prior notice.
4.2 Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. 1xbeat reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are published in the Cashier section of the platform.
4.4 Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. 1xbeat may adjust these limits without prior notice.
5.1 All bets placed on 1xbeat are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market. Sport-specific rules, settlement procedures, and void bet policies are published in the Help section of the platform.
5.2 Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may change after you initiate a bet slip — the confirmed odds shown on your bet receipt are final.
5.3 1xbeat reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets offered at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical or human error. You will be notified of any voided bet and the staked amount will be returned to your account.
5.4 In-play betting markets for cricket — including PSL, T20I, and Test matches — are governed by live data feeds. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event result being confirmed.
6.1 All RNG-based casino and slot games available on 1xbeat use certified random number generation technology. Return-to-player (RTP) figures for individual games are available in the game information panel within the lobby.
6.2 Live casino games are operated by third-party live studio providers. 1xbeat does not control the physical equipment used in live casino operations. All live tables adhere to independently audited dealing procedures.
6.3 In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, the round outcome will be determined according to the studio provider's standard disconnection policy. 1xbeat is not liable for losses attributable to network interruptions on the user's side.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 1xbeat:
8.2 1xbeat may suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of this clause and may withhold any funds pending investigation. 1xbeat reserves the right to report suspected financial crime to relevant authorities.
9.1 1xbeat is committed to promoting responsible gambling. All accounts have access to deposit limits, loss limits, session duration reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools at no charge. These tools are accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings.
9.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. Once a self-exclusion is active, 1xbeat will take reasonable steps to prevent marketing communications from reaching the excluded account and will decline any login attempt during the exclusion period.

11.1 1xbeat provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1xbeat does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1xbeat's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the preceding thirty (30) days.
11.3 1xbeat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1xbeat is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
12.2 Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your own country of residence.
13.1 1xbeat may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notice or email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of 1xbeat following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
